After School Drop In

Dear parent/carer,

We are writing to inform you that after 2 years, the after-school drop-in at St Mary’s Chapel will be coming to a close at the end of this term. Our last session will be on Thursday 18th December.

This project was a partnership venture between St Mary’s and Wildfire and it has been mutually agreed to bring the group to a close. One reason for this being the change in bus provision expected in April next year.

We’ve had over 70 local youth access the drop-in over the last 2 years and very much hope it’s been a blessing to them. Both St Mary’s and Wildfire would love to stay in touch and hear of other ways that we might be able to support Kings Worthy teens. Do keep an eye on both our websites for information about community/youth events that you might like to get involved in worthychurches.org.uk or wildfireyouthproject.com.

We’d like to thank all the youth who came to drop-in and made it special. We hope to see as many of them as possible at our last 3 sessions before Christmas to celebrate the project and say thank you! Hopefully see you then!
