A number of members of the congregation recently took part in training sessions on how to use a defibrillator and other basic first aid. The training was delivered by Community First Responders who were great and who told us all about their often life saving work getting to people before the ambulance arrives. We learnt the basics of CPR and how to use a defibrillator and everyone came away feeling much more confident.
